How long does a coach work with me?

        Our coaching programs are structured to last from seven to twelve months. We find that this amount of time is long enough to realize the major changes and goal attainment that most of our clients seek. Of course, you may extend the coaching for as long as you as you like. Many of our clients chart a new course after they have made changes and have us assist them to the next level..

How do I get started?

       Simply contact us, we will set up a meeting to spend some time together and do some basic paperwork. We will listen to what it is that you are looking to improve then we will work with you to create a road map to your goals or changes. Once this is complete, we move forward with the work.
